Process Chemist Manager

Just Life Sciences are seeking an experienced Process Chemist who has managed Teams of at least 15 people, whilst also managing external and internal Projects.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Managing the performance of the Team, you will also be engaging with External Stakeholders and be seen as the Subject Matter Expert within the Department.
  Being involved with synthesis from the milligram scale to the manufacturing scale, you will develop synthetic routes that are safe, cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and efficient in both time and money.
  You will probably have a Phd and worked within a Large Pharma or R&D Laboratory previously and will have managed a diverse Team.
